We strive to create spaces that are innovative, sustainable, and responsive to existing environs. Being both Landscape Architects & Landscape Contractors allows us to view our projects from both an artistic perspective & constructability perspective. This method of working results in seamless communication between the Client the Designer and the Contractor.

LANDSCAPE ARCHITECTURAL DESIGN
We produce all plans that are necessary to help our clients visualize a space and to get through city permitting approval or HOA approval. These plans include but are not limited to the following: Conceptual Design Plans, 3D Modeling, Planting Plans, Irrigation Plans, Water Use Calculations, Lighting Plans, Conceptual Grading and Drainage Plans, Brush Management Plans, Hardscape Plans, Construction Details. If needed, our in-house Landscape Architect (Navid Mostatabi Lic#5574) can stamp plans for City Approval.
LANDSCAPE CONSTRUCTION:
In addition to our extensive design services, we also offer landscape construction services. We operate under C-27 Landscape Contracting License #944494. You can reference the Land Aesthetic License, Bonding, and Workers Compensation Insurance at www.cslb.ca.gov
Land Aesthetic Inc. is licensed to perform the following work beyond the building structure: Concrete, Masonry, Wood and Metal Fencing, Wood and Metal Latticed Overhead Structures, Outdoor Fireplaces and Firepits, all utility runs to outdoor built elements (Electrical, Gas, Water, Drainage), Paving, Irrigation, Planting, and Water Features, and any other features not attached to a building.
LANDSCAPE DESIGN BUILD
Land Aesthetic offers both Landscape Architecture services and Landscape Construction services, commonly referred to as ‘Design Build’.
What are the benefits of our design/build model? We are able to streamline our projects from ‘design development’ to field installation with minimal construction detailing, saving our clients time and money. Being involved with the construction allows us to make any field modifications to the design if we see a better solution in the context of installation. Being involved with the construction also provides us with a constant feedback of actual construction costs and feasible design solutions.
Although we offer design build services, we treat the services separately. We provide hourly or flat fee proposals for the design work, and include the construction estimating in those fees. After the design is complete, our clients are free to have their plans bid on by other reputable landscape contractors.
